If you are considering a program with me, this is a short account of who I am and how I work.

I am an accredited Outreach and Residential Trainer for the Monroe Institute. I have led residential programs since 2013. Together with Luigi Sciambarella I created the Lucid Dreaming Intensive.

The work is practical: expanded states of consciousness, self-inquiry, meditation, lucid dreaming, out-of-body experience, thanatology. No belief system. The exercises provide a stable base; you draw your own conclusions.
